What is Neurodivergent?

The term “neurodivergent” describes people whose brain differences affect how their brain works. That means they have different strengths and challenges from people whose brains don't have those differences. Some common examples are Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and chronic mental health illnesses such as bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression

Why should I try a neurodivergent life coach?

As a neurodivergent life coach, I specialize in helping neurodivergent individuals navigate various aspects of life, including education, employment, relationships, and personal development. My primary goal is to show you how to embrace your neurodivergent traits and leverage them as strengths. Our areas of focus can be building self-confidence, developing coping mechanisms, improving communication skills, or whatever is needed for achieving YOUR desired personal and/or professional goals.

Neurodivergent individuals often face challenges in systems that don't recognize their strengths or create additional difficulties. While we can't transform society overnight, we can collaborate to improve your life and discover strategies for your success and happiness in a neurotypical environment.
